My intense curiosity has led me on many different paths, from construction to professional dog training, machining, seminary and boxing, to name a few. Many stones were lifted and lessons learned, and as a result, many more questions arose. The most powerful and pervading question became “why am I here?" Through many years of searching and reflection, I arrived at an answer. My main purpose for living is to learn and teach.
From my early days as a Formal Schools Instructor and marksmanship coach in the Marines, it was clear that teaching and mentoring would play a major role in my life. A student of personal development from a very young age, a coalescing occurred in later years to meld my many experiences and talents together as a Feldenkrais Practitioner.
Seeing clients as unique individuals with varying needs, my ability to meet people where they are and help them with what they need in the moment is one of my greatest strengths. No two people are the same, and no one person is ever the same from moment to moment. My ability to constantly adapt and improvise ensures that each lesson with a client is a new and engaging experience.
My background in construction, mechanics, bodybuilding, martial arts, and professional shooting provides a deep knowledge base to draw from regarding the physical/mechanical aspects of the work.
My extensive training and experience in leadership and mentoring provide a strong base of knowledge in personal growth and development, as well as a rare level of maturity and awareness.
This fusion of skills combined with the powerful desire to help fellow human beings achieve whatever they can dream is the driving force behind the Institute.
